What You’ll Do:

• Assist with day-to-day communication tasks
• Handle occasional client calls (2–3 per shift, not a call center)
• Learn to manage e-commerce platforms and accounts
• Work closely with our experienced team on live U.S. projects
• Grow your understanding of professional communication in a business setting

This is a 6-month training program leading to a permanent position based on performance.

This is a unique opportunity to not only build your customer service skills but also learn the operations behind leading global platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and Shopify — with a clear pathway to grow into a permanent role in our E-commerce Department, based on your performance during the training period.

Shift Timings:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Karachi time)
• On-site at our Bahadurabad, Karachi office

Compensation:

• Pay: Rs: 35,000 per month
• Full-time opportunity with salary increment upon successful completion of the training program
