Trainee Estimating Engineer

We are hiring a Trainee Estimating Engineer who is passionate about construction and eager to learn. This is a full-time (morning shift), on-site position ideal for fresh graduates or junior engineers looking to grow their career in the estimation field.

Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (final-year students may also apply)
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and materials
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Prior experience with Planswift/Bluebeam (a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior estimators with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for U.S.-based residential and commercial projects
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Preparing spreadsheets and estimation reports
• Supporting project documentation and reporting
• Learning and using industry-standard tools like Planswift, Bluebeam, and RSMeans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
