Job Title: Trainee HR
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain
  • Assist in handling attendance, leave management, and basic payroll support.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required.
  • Handle basic HR admin tasks like filing, documentation, and data entry. employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Support onboarding process and documentation for new joiners.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Education:

  • Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
