Description
- Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the supervisor
- Shadowing senior members, asking questions, and assisting wherever possible
- Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate
- Participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives
- Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor
- Establishing professional relationships with the team and colleagues
- Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, dependability, and diligence
- Working collaboratively with others (Engineers and Designers situated both in Mumbai and United States) in a multidisciplinary project team environment to resolve engineering and design issues as required and to accomplish respective project objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited program
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India
- Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only
- Proficient in English language and must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly observant, willing to assist wherever possible and eager to readily engage with engineers outside of their area of specialization
- Excellent learning ability
