Trainee Operations Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree minimum
• 2-3 years prior experience in an FMCG
• Strong data analytical skills, and structured problem solving ability
• Advanced Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across Engineering, QA, Procurement and Production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation standards

Role Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and data-driven individual to support structured operational control within our manufacturing facility.

This role is focused on performance visibility, documentation integrity, and cross-departmental follow-up. The selected candidate will work directly with senior management to build stronger operational systems and reporting discipline across the plant.

This is a growth-track role designed for individuals who want long-term exposure to manufacturing leadership.

Key responsibilities :

• Track daily production performance and audit metrics
• Maintain department-wise follow-up logs and accountability trackers
• Monitor procurement cycle timelines and identify delays
• Support QA and compliance documentation processes
• Prepare structured weekly operational performance reports

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
