Trainee Planning Civil Engineer (Graduates of 2023-2024-2025)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Planning Civil Engineer to join our expanding office-based team in Rawalpindi. While this role is based in Pakistan, all project work is conducted internationally, with active projects in the USA, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in the planning and analysis of large-scale international civil engineering projects.
• Develop, edit, and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with international project teams for regular updates and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with international engineering codes, standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to the preparation of documentation, technical reports, and presentations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Additional Information

• This is a fully office-based role in Rawalpindi – no site work within Pakistan.
• All assignments involve international project work across the USA, Canada, and Australia.
