Position: Trainee Planning Engineer – US EstimationDuration:

1-Month Internship (Leading to Full-Time Employment)

Location: Onsite – Murree Road , Rawalpindi.

We are looking for Trainee Planning Engineers to join our US Estimation team through a 1-month internship program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on training in planning, scheduling, and cost estimation for US-based construction projects. High-performing trainees will be considered for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for US construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Support the planning team in developing project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accurate quantity take-offs.
• Learn and apply US estimation standards, codes, and best practices.
• Assist in preparing bid documents, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with senior planning and estimation engineers for data validation and review.
• Update and maintain estimation databases and project documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• BS Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction planning and estimation concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Excel; knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn US estimation practices.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Residents of Rawalpindi & Islamabad are strongly encouraged to apply.
