TRAINER CUM QUALITY CONROLLER

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Training & Development

· Conduct induction and refresher training programs for cleaning staff.

· Deliver training on cleaning techniques, chemicals, and health & safety practices.

· Train staff on proper usage, handling, and maintenance of cleaning equipment.

· Develop training materials, SOPs, and visual guides for easy reference.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

· Perform routine site inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards.

· Monitor and enforce compliance with company SOPs.

· Identify gaps in service delivery and provide corrective coaching to staff.

· Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene requirements.

3. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain training attendance records and evaluation reports.

· Prepare quality audit reports and submit findings to management.

· Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality improvements.

· Maintain trackers for training, inspections, and compliance audits.

4. Equipment & Safety

· Oversee safe handling, usage, and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

· Report malfunctioning or damaged equipment and coordinate repairs/replacements.

· Promote and enforce the use of PPE and safe working practices.

5. Continuous Improvement

· Recommend improvements in cleaning techniques, processes, and tools.

· Support management in developing new SOPs and quality frameworks.

· Act as a liaison between operations and HR/training departments to ensure staff competency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning industry or a related role.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in related domain.

KEY SKILLS

· In-depth knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.

· Strong training and coaching skills with the ability to motivate staff.

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication.

· Ability to work independently and conduct site visits as required.

· Familiarity with health & safety regulations

· Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
