What You ll Do

* Plan, schedule, and oversee freestyle skiing programs, setting training philosophies, seasonal goals, and skill progression pathways.
* Deliver high-quality private and group lessons to individuals of all skill levels, including participants with special needs.
* Support and guide coaches, conduct program assessments, and use video analysis to improve athlete performance.
* Coordinate with Global Snow departments for session planning, event management, and equipment budgeting.
* Organize and manage freestyle events while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.
* Upsell Ski Academy products and services, assist in bookings, and actively promote academy offerings to drive revenue.
* Provide training and mentoring to instructors, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery quality.
* Participate in event committees, promotional activities, and fundraising initiatives.
* Meet performance targets including participant retention, conversion, and customer satisfaction scores (NPS).
* Follow company standards regarding grooming, conduct, health and safety, and flexible work schedules including weekends and holidays.

Ideal Profile

* Certified ski instructor; ISIA certification is a strong advantage.
* Physically fit and capable of delivering active instruction.
* Strong freestyle skiing or snowboarding experience preferred.
* Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills an advantage.
* Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-focused with proven supervisory and leadership abilities.
* Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with strong planning and organizational skills.
* Flexible and willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
