Job Title: Trainer – Import & Export Process
Experience: 3–5 years (preferred)
Location: Sanpada
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Import & Export Trainer who can train aspiring exporters, students, and professionals on end-to-end international trade processes. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical sessions, creating course material, and supporting trainees to understand real-world documentation, logistics flow, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions on complete import-export procedures.
  • Train learners on international trade documentation such as invoice, packing list, BL, COO, insurance, etc.
  • Explain logistics operations, freight forwarding, CHA roles, and shipping line coordination.
  • Teach export-import compliance, DGFT procedures, IEC, licensing, and government schemes.
  • Guide trainees on market research, finding buyers, and understanding HS codes.
  • Provide real-time examples from actual shipments to enhance learning.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, SOPs, and case studies.
  • Assess learners through tests, practical assignments, and Q&A sessions.
  • Offer post-training support and doubt-solving as required.
  • Maintain training quality and ensure excellent learning outcomes.
  • Stay updated with new government policies, EXIM documentation rules, and trade trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in export/import operations, logistics, or CHA.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping terms, Incoterms, payment terms, and customs processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Good command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Prior training or teaching experience is an added advantage.
