Position: Curriculum Designer & Trainer – Logistics & Supply Chain

Role Overview

Lead the design of BBA/MBA programs in Logistics & Supply Chain and build a strong facilitator bench. You’ll create industry-aligned curriculum and run a structured Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Design

  • Design BBA/MBA structures aligned with OBE/Bloom’s taxonomy and UGC/AICTE/NAAC norms
  • Define PEO/PO/CO mapping, credit/contact hours, and assessment strategy
  • Create syllabi, weekly plans, grading rubrics, and teaching resources

Content Development

  • Develop decks, guides, quizzes, datasets, and LMS content
  • Create model lesson videos and micro-learning assets

Facilitator Enablement (TTT)

  • Run TTT bootcamps on pedagogy, classroom management, and academic integrity
  • Set up a certification ladder and conduct class observations, feedback, and coaching
  • Maintain grading calibration, shadowing schedules, and best-practice repositories

Industry Integration

  • Embed tools like WMS/TMS/ERP, Excel/Power BI, and live simulations
  • Organize guest lectures, site visits, and industry-led projects

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

  • Monitor feedback, drive continuous improvement, and ensure academic compliance
  • Work closely with Program Heads and cross-functional teams for smooth delivery

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations (PhD preferred)
  • 5+ years in logistics/supply chain; curriculum or teaching experience preferred
  • Familiarity with OBE, Bloom’s taxonomy, WMS/TMS/ERP systems, and academic standards

  • Instructional design & academic writing
  • Pedagogical coaching, classroom observation, grading calibration
  • Project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making

KPIs

  • Facilitator readiness: Onboarding & certification timelines
  • Delivery quality: Observation scores, grading consistency
  • Content: On-time module release with QA sign-off
  • Student success: Pass rates, project quality, placements
  • Continuous improvement actions completed per term
