- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
- Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
- Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- Performs other related duties as required. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
- Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
- Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
- Executing other HR related task such recruitment, visa processing, and other employee services as per company standards
- To identify training and development needs within the Company
- To design, develop and conduct behavioural training programs (Soft Skills, Communication as Mandatory);
- To designing, recommend and developing training programs based on the Company’s and individual’s needs
- Ensuring that applicable training requirements are met (according to the approved Training Matrix);
- To develop training calendars monthly, quarterly, and yearly for all staff
- To amend and revise programs as required, to adapt to operational changes
- To conduct in-house training for Supervisors and Managers, focusing on People Management, Communication and Motivational skills and techniques;
- To conduct periodical reviews an assessment on training program effectiveness;
- Develop assessments, tests and evaluation procedures to help identify training requirements
