  • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
  • Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
  • Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
  • Performs other related duties as required. Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.
  • Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective
  • Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
  • Executing other HR related task such recruitment, visa processing, and other employee services as per company standards
  • To identify training and development needs within the Company
  • To design, develop and conduct behavioural training programs (Soft Skills, Communication as Mandatory);
  • To designing, recommend and developing training programs based on the Company’s and individual’s needs
  • Ensuring that applicable training requirements are met (according to the approved Training Matrix);
  • To develop training calendars monthly, quarterly, and yearly for all staff
  • To amend and revise programs as required, to adapt to operational changes
  • To conduct in-house training for Supervisors and Managers, focusing on People Management, Communication and Motivational skills and techniques;
  • To conduct periodical reviews an assessment on training program effectiveness;
  • Develop assessments, tests and evaluation procedures to help identify training requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
