The Freelance Placement Coordinator is responsible for supporting students or candidates in securing internships and job placements by coordinating with employers, organizing placement activities, and maintaining strong industry connections. This role works on a flexible, freelance basis and focuses on improving placement outcomes and employability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate job and internship placements for students/candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals
  • Share job opportunities and placement updates with candidates
  • Screen candidate profiles and match them with suitable job roles
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between employers and candidates
  • Maintain placement records, employer databases, and placement reports
  • Support candidates with basic career guidance (resume readiness, interview scheduling, follow-ups)
  • Organize placement drives, virtual interviews, and recruitment events (if required)
  • Collect employer feedback and placement confirmations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, placement coordination, HR, or career services (preferred)
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Ability to work independently on a freelance basis
  • Basic understanding of job markets and hiring processes
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and online job platforms

  • Existing industry or recruiter contacts
  • Experience working with students, training institutes, or educational organizations
  • Result-oriented and target-driven mindset

Compensation

  • Freelance-based (per placement / commission-based / fixed contract – as applicable)

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹39,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
