REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,

Minimum 5 years of experience in the training function, preferably in the cosmetics or retail sector,
-
Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and organizational skills,
-
A positive, solution-oriented team player,
-
Advanced level of English proficiency (both written and spoken),
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital learning management systems (LMS, e-learning platforms, etc.),
-
No travel restrictions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
Implement the training vision in line with company strategies; design, develop, execute, and update annual training plans and content,
-
Conduct regular store visits, deliver on-the-job trainings to store teams, and support their development through coaching and mentoring,
-
Design, develop, organize, and deliver training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer experience, and retail competencies,
-
Ensure the full execution of the annual training plan (on-the-job, classroom, and online trainings),
-
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness; create development plans and provide improvement suggestions based on participant feedback, test results, and KPI analysis,
-
Build strong and continuous communication with regional managers to analyze training needs, set priorities, and create strategic action plans,
-
Adapt best training practices implemented in Turkey to partner countries, translate training content, and support training processes of international partners,
-
Conduct training needs analyses, create content, and manage local training plans for partner countries through regular visits,
-
Act as a role model during store visits by representing brand culture and values, ensuring service standards are implemented at the highest level in customer experience,
-
Share insights from field visits to contribute to the development of training plans and content,
-
Continuously improve training processes in line with global training practices, sector trends, digitalization, and innovative learning methodologies,
-
Monitor and report on the contribution of training initiatives to store performance indicators, sales results, and customer satisfaction, while providing continuous improvement suggestions,
-
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to support career development programs and design projects to enhance employee engagement,
-
Prepare and present regular reports and analyses on training processes to the line manager.
