Training Center General Manager

Bristol Training Center is seeking an experienced training center General Manager to lead and grow our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a training center manager or business development manager in the training field and a proven track record in team leadership and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• supervise daily operations, training courses and technical proposals
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and expand client base
• Lead, motivate, and manage the local team to achieve performance targets
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure high-quality delivery of training programs and services

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a training manager or business development manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience working in the UAE training market
