Training Consultant (IT Softwares)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training Consultant (IT Software) who will be responsible for delivering high-quality software training while actively driving sales and business development. The ideal candidate must be confident in both classroom delivery and client acquisition, with the ability to consult, sell, and train across multiple software platforms.

This role requires expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Oracle Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office, with a strong willingness to continuously upskill in other emerging software domains.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Technical Delivery

• Deliver professional classroom and online training sessions in assigned software programs.
• Develop course materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Customize training programs based on client requirements.
• Provide post-training support and learner guidance.
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and certifications in new software platforms.

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
• Conduct client consultations to identify training needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in software training and sales.
• Strong working knowledge of at least two of the following domains:

- Design & Creative Software (Adobe Suite)

- Engineering & BIM Software (Autodesk products)

- Project Management Tools (Primavera)

- Office Productivity Tools (Microsoft Office)

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to confidently handle both technical delivery and revenue generation.
• Strong organizational and client management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
