We are currently seeking a full-time in-office Training Content Designer for our Apopka, FL location.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences. This role focuses on designing and maintaining customer training materials in our Learning Management System (LMS), collaborating with subject matter experts to develop effective learning content. You will also lead the creation of a Customer Training Toolkit to help schools successfully implement and sustain training programs.

Duties

  • Create and maintain a Customer Training Toolkit with guides, videos, and eLearning modules for customer LMS platforms.
  • Design and update instructional materials using tools like iSpring and Camtasia to deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure materials are accurate and effective.
  • Measure training success through feedback and performance data to improve content continuously.
  • Partner with the Instructional Design Assistant to manage projects and maintain quality standards.
  • Keep training materials current and consistent with company and customer needs.
  • Support LMS content setup and updates for a smooth user experience.
  • Stay informed on new tools and trends in instructional design and digital learning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or training content development.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools such as iSpring and Camtasia.
  • Experience with LMS management, content integration, and data analytics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve training effectiveness using learner data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and best practices for online learning.

Compensation: Compensation is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
