What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in creating training content for new hire onboarding, process training across all major roles and work areas

Maintain updates training material to reflect changes in processes across the company.

Create engaging learning assets such as Slides & Documents, Process guides and SOPs , Basic qyuizess or assessments.

Provide Training delivery support in online and in-person training sessions of new joiners, Assist and conduct workshops and learning programs etc

Coordinate with internal teams to gather training inputs,Track training tasks and timelines and ensure training materials are organized and accessible

Learn new tools, processes, and skills and Continuously improve own understanding of company products and workflows

This role is not ideal for someone who is-
Is not interested in creating content, documentation, or learning materials
Is uncomfortable speaking, presenting, or explaining things to others
Is not open to learning new processes and tools
Not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily
Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)
The Recruitment Process:
1. Group Discussion & Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a 50 minute aptitude test, followed by a basic 30-minute group discussion round.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate.
Important Points:
Office Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Timings: 9.30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment.
You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
