Job Title: Training and Development Executive
Department: Human Resources / Learning & Development
Role Overview:
The Training and Development Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and professional growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and discussions with managers
- Design, organize, and conduct training programs (technical, soft skills, onboarding, compliance, etc.)
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Prepare training materials such as presentations, manuals, and learning resources
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports
- Support employee development initiatives and career growth plans
- Assist in implementing learning management systems (LMS), if applicable
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of HR and learning principles
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Relevant certification in training or learning & development is a plus
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR-related roles (freshers may apply, depending on company needs)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
