Training Executive

The role is in MAXZI Restaurant and Cafe. This role would work very closely with the Group Operations Manager and HR Manager. The Training Executive plays a vital role in driving learning, development, and service excellence across MAXZI- The Good Food Shop. Working closely with the Group Operations Manager and HR Manager, this role ensures that team members are trained, engaged, and aligned with brand standards, operational excellence, and company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Operations and HR to identify training needs and create an annual training plan.
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions for all employee levels.
  • Translate operational standards into simple, practical training formats.
  • Ensure training objectives are met through regular tracking and feedback.
  • Maintain updated training materials, SOP manuals, and training records.
  • Reinforce service and quality standards across all teams.
  • Ensure team members clearly understand key procedures and their importance.
  • Monitor training outcomes to maintain consistency in service and quality.
  • Identify training gaps and introduce creative learning methods to address them.
  • Engage with team members in their work environment to build skills and confidence.
  • Create and track development plans for potential talent with senior operations.
  • Celebrate successes and coach individuals or teams for improvement.
  • Encourage open communication and a positive learning culture.
  • Embed company values into all training programs and daily operations.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and respect in all interactions.
  • Inspire employees to deliver consistent quality and exceptional guest experiences.
