Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps.

Design and implement training programs aligned with business objectives.

Deliver effective in-house training sessions and workshops.

Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.

Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Collaborate with department heads for employee development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs2.00 per month
