• Manage and administer the Nissan, Infiniti, Renault, Chery, ZEEKR, Smart, AWR Academy 's LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives
• Collaborative with trainers and create e-learning content, update in LMS & allocate courses to target audience
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS, providing support to users as needed
• Generate LMS analytics report & follow ups for timely completion of assigned e-learnings in respective LMS portal
• Work closely with trainers to update and upload training materials, ensuring content is current and relevant
• Organize and categorize training resources within the LMS for easy accessibility
• Provide user support for the LMS, offering guidance on system navigation, troubleshooting, and access-related inquiries
• Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve the training process and user experience
• Generate and analyse reports on training completion, performance, and other relevant metrics
• Coordinate & update department BSC online portal by updating KPIS, Action Plans, Milestones aligned to training operation manager
• GPD, Finance, Vendors coordination for CAPEX & OPEX utilization administration process
• Ensure GIA compliance with AWR regulations and internal policies regarding AWR Automotive Academy
• Upkeeping the training facilities & coordinate with respective department for keeping the high standards & Quality
• Coordinate for training requirements such as material, food arrangement, refreshments, stationary etc
• Coordinate for Training events such as Skills contest, OEM related activities, product launch trainings, fleet trainings etc
• Ensure all the required administrative documents and reports related to trainings are updated
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related fieldWork Experience
Experience (min 5 years), preferably in Automobile Industry
Proven experience in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and managing training programs, preferably in the automotive industry
Competencies
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot LMS issues and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and experience with training content development tools/software such as Authoring tools & AI tools is preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
Good interpersonal relation with subordinates and superiors
