Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs aligned with project and organizational goals.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to assess learning needs and design effective training.
  • Familiarity with training tools and learning management systems.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
