Training Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Training Officer to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs that support staff development and organizational performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, highly organized, and skilled at engaging diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through consultation and performance analysis
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and/or online)
- Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes
- Support onboarding and continuous professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Education, Human Resources, Training, or a related field
- Proven experience in training delivery or learning & development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple training activities
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS) is an advantage
