We are looking for a Training Specialist to work with our teams:
You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;

University degree, preferably in engineering, due to the technical nature of the training content

Preferably experience in training within the automotive sector, especially in technical areas
-
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
-
Proficiency in English
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, components, and diagnostic tools
-
Ability to express oneself clearly in public and deliver effective technical presentations
-
A team player, open to development, with strong communication skills, patience, and energy

Possession of a B-class driver's license, ability to actively drive vehicles, and no travel restrictions
Main Responsibilities;

Organizing and conducting technical certification trainings for after-sales processes for BYD brand, and preparing related training materials

Delivering technical content in a clear and engaging manner to dealership staff

Measuring and improving the effectiveness of technical trainings provided
-
Organizing on-the-job technical trainings and reporting their outcomes
-
Localizing and delivering technical trainings received from BYD Europe to dealership staff
-
Providing technical information to dealerships through online training platforms
-
Keeping up-to-date with innovations and new technologies and conducting work aligned with company strategies

Maintaining records of dealership staff and ensuring training follow-up

Organizing and monitoring training events

Conducting on-site technical trainings by visiting dealerships
-
Preparing digital learning content focused on technical subjects
-
Planning and delivering new technical trainings when necessary
