We are seeking a highly motivated Training Specialist with 3-5 years of solid practical experience to join our team!

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify skill and knowledge gaps required to improve performance.

2. Designing and Developing Training Programs: Create engaging, effective, and business-relevant training materials.

3. Supervising Training Program Execution: Ensure training operations run smoothly and effectively.

4. Monitoring and Evaluating Training Programs: Measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs on employee performance.

5. Organizing and Coordinating Training Program Timetables: Manage the logistics and schedules for training courses.

✨ Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of practical experience in the field of Training and HR Development.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
