About The Job

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented Porsche Training Specialist to join our growing Porsche Sales Department and drive excellence through training and process development.

Features Needed

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training (non-technic), business development, or dealer management within the automotive sector
• Excellent command of English (German is a plus)
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
• Competence in process analysis, auditing, and reporting
• Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach
• Advanced planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• No travel restrictions
• Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Identify training needs for Porsche Authorized Dealer teams and manage annual plans and budgets
• Deliver Porsche AG and industry-standard training programs in compliance with brand guidelines
• Organize classroom and digital training sessions, as well as orientation programs
• Manage post-training evaluation and report development areas

Dealer Excellence & Process Management

• Implement Porsche Business Excellence (PBE) program initiatives at dealer level
• Execute development projects aligned with Porsche AG strategies
• Analyze dealer and service processes, monitor performance, and plan improvements
• Define dealer visit standards, prepare checklists, and analyze outcomes

Audit & Quality Management

• Prepare dealers and service centers for manufacturer audits and manage audit processes
• Oversee mystery shopping activities and take actions to enhance customer experience
• Conduct needs analysis and propose business development initiatives aligned with company and brand strategies
