Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and alignment with company culture.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparation of materials, scheduling sessions, and acting as a point of contact for new employees.
- Responsible for pre-onboarding activities such as pre-onboard training, welcoming new employees at the airport, and assisting with accommodation check-in.
- Support admin to receive, check working equipment, and guide employees to set up working accounts.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to support employee development and organizational goals.
- Maintain and update training records, feedback, and progress reports.
- Assist in the development of e-learning content, training manuals, and other instructional materials.
- Partner with different departments to ensure training activities meet operational needs.
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations for training and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

- At least 4 years of experience in HR, training, or employee development.

- Strong knowledge of training methods, instructional design, and onboarding best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
