The Candidate should possess

Minimum 5 years work experience as a Transactional Quality Auditor/MIS specialist/Quality associate involved in implementation of basic Quality framework elements for a Healthcare / Insurance processes

Expert knowledge in handling Excel and should have good exposure in analytics

Good knowledge in preparing power point presentations

Ability to collate data/information from different sources and work on Management reports without any error

Facilitate process improvement meetings along with respective team in a domain to achieve the desired results

Provides inputs based on data analysis for process improvements using Quality tools
-
Good communication skills with an ability to present during the routine Quality forums

Skills to perform as an individual player with ability to build rapport with the delivery stakeholders and work along with delivery team

Good knowledge in performing error analysis (RCA) and present insights. Implement corrective and preventive actions to control the causes

Working knowledge in basic Quality Framework elements like Risk Management/FMEA/ISO Audits etc would be a good value add skill
-
Should be a quick learner, should have capabilities in identifying improvement opportunities in process
-
Work experience on Lean / Six sigma methodology would be a value add
Preference: Yellow belt trained and certified with background experience in Healthcare / Insurance processes
