Transcriptionist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hospital Transcriptionist to support accurate and timely medical documentation across patient care services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of medical terminology and hospital documentation standards, with the ability to ensure clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe doctors’ dictations, medical reports, discharge summaries, and clinical notes
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies
• Proof read and edit transcribed documents for accuracy and clarity
• Meet turnaround times while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures.
• Females are encourage to apply.
• Diploma or certification in Medical Transcription (preferred)
• Strong English typing and listening skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Prior hospital or clinical experience will be an advantage
