The UW Medicine - Department of Laboratory Medicine & Pathology (DLMP) in Seattle, WA has a fantastic opportunity for a Quality & Compliance Analyst with the Transfusion Services Team at the University of Washington Medical Center – Montlake.
Are you passionate about driving patient safety and shaping the future of laboratory quality? As our Transfusion Services Quality & Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role ensuring every blood transfusion across UW Medicine meets the highest standards for safety and efficacy. You’ll navigate challenging regulatory environments, assist with process improvements, and empower staff through mentorship and training, all while promoting a culture of quality and continual improvement.
