KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
CDL or Streetcar Certification: 100% of all required operator trainees attaining within policy timelines.
Training completion rate: 100% for required new hire and recertification courses.
Training records and documentation: 98% accuracy rate.
Training and records reports submitted on time: 100%
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
License: Valid Oklahoma Class B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement .
Streetcar Operator certification
Minimum three (3) years previous transit operation experience, and two (2) years in a supervisory role.
Skill in applying and assessing effective instructional techniques, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to relate training information to diverse audiences; tact and diplomacy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience facilitating in‑person and virtual training sessions; experience with LMS/HRIS systems preferred.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Public Administration, Education, or closely related field from an accredited college or university.
