Transition Specialist (Program/Project Sr Analyst)

Overview

The role is responsible for partnering with the Transition Lead/Transition Manager, PMO, and functional teams to plan and execute the transition (migration) of business processes from PepsiCo business units/sectors to Capability Center, in line with the PepsiCo transition methodology.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment.
• Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.
• Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
• Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements.
• Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.
• Managing stakeholders and communications, including escalation facilitation when required.
• Coordinating with relevant teams to deliver service metrics for the planned migration, required service documentation and required IT access and tools.
• Managing logistics for travel related to transition
• Maintaining transition wave files and folders for future audit purposes.
• Contributing to scope design and transition audits; maintaining design engagement to ensure outputs set the project up for success in line with the GCC strategy.
• Owning and driving the POC role within the transition team (Q&A, IT, tools, methodology).
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of KPIs/metrics, process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic, and evolving environment.
• Demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
• 6–8 years of experience with a project management background.
• Fluent English
