Translator/Interpreter

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site interpretation (Chinese-English ) for business meetings, negotiations, and daily communications.
• Translate company documents, contracts, marketing materials, and emails with accuracy and professional standards.
• Deliver high-quality interpretation services during client meetings, exhibitions, and training sessions to ensure smooth communication. Business Support .
• Assist the sales team in communicating with international clients, facilitating business cooperation and order execution.
• Participate in cross-border trade negotiations, ensuring a clear understanding of contract terms, business agreements, and technical details.
• Facilitate efficient communication among multinational employees within the company, improving team collaboration.
• Provide culturally adapted translations tailored to the UAE and Middle Eastern market, enhancing client engagement.
• Maintain and organize translated documents for consistency and traceability.
• Develop and update a terminology database to ensure translation accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Translation, Linguistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in translation or business interpretation, preferably in international trade, business negotiations, or legal contract translation.
• Familiar with the UAE and Middle East market culture.
• Able to translate between English and Chinese.
• Fluent in English (must be able to work professionally in English).
• Fluent in Chinese (must be able to work professionally in Chinese).
• Strong linguistic accuracy in translating business contracts, legal documents, and trade-related materials.
• Familiarity with international trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF), business agreements, import/export processes, and related translation standards.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to work effectively in an international team environment.
