Knowledge of hydraulic controls, electronic sensors, and torque conversion systems.

Physical ability to lift and handle heavy transmission components (up to 50 lbs. or more).

Education & certifications

Minimum: High school diploma or GED.

Preferred: Automotive technology or mechanical engineering coursework.

Certifications: ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) or related transmission repair certifications are highly valued.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
