Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transplant Coordinator to join our team at Horizon Prime Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to organ transplantation, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and legal requirements, and providing support to patients and their families throughout the transplant process.

Located on Ghodbunder Road, Patlipada, and designed to international standards following NABH guidelines, the hospital is committed to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-transplant evaluation, documentation, and scheduling.
• Liaise with consultants, surgeons, and other departments involved in the transplant process.
• Ensure all legal and medical formalities are completed as per government and hospital guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of donor and recipient details.
• Provide patient and family counseling regarding transplant procedures.
• Coordinate follow-ups post-transplant and ensure patient compliance with medical instructions.
• Maintain communication with external authorities such as ZTCC or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of all transplant-related information.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or any healthcare-related field preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Transplant Coordinator in a multi-speciality hospital
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of transplant protocols and legal formalities
• Compassionate attitude with strong organizational abilities
