Transport / Fleet Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified Transport Officer / Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations and ensure efficient transportation support across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily fleet and transportation activities.
• Allocate vehicles, monitor utilization, and manage scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Qatar traffic regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and driver attendance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and workshop/PMV coordination.
• Manage drivers’ deployment, performance, and discipline.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in improving fleet efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in fleet/transport/PMV supervision in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and local traffic laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with fleet management systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.
