Job description:

We are looking for a Heavy Vehicle Transport manager for our Transport Division. Eligible people

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Operational Management: Planning and supervising shipments, coordinating routes, and managing daily logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and inspected. Ensuring drivers meet licensing, health, and safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and scheduling drivers.
• Cost Control & Strategy: Managing budgets, reducing operational costs, and negotiating with vendors or carriers.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records for compliance with interstate/intrastate regulations.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management is crucial.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of transportation legislation, safety standards, and, frequently, supply chain management. Understanding processes in different Free Zones will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
