Job Description:
The Transportation Officer is responsible for overseeing daily transport operations, managing fleet resources, coordinating drivers and routes, and ensuring all transport activities meet safety, legal, and operational standards. The role emphasizes efficient logistics, effective communication across multiple languages, and teamwork to support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise transportation activities and fleet operations for timely and safe delivery
• Manage and train drivers, address queries, and provide support
• Monitor vehicle condition, arrange maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain and review logs, records, and documentation for reporting and audits
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, service providers, and regulatory agencies
• Handle route planning and solve logistical challenges efficiently
• Implement safety procedures and ensure adherence to company and industry standards
• Prepare reports on fleet usage, costs, and incident investigations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in transportation or fleet management
• Proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, English, and Arabic
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
• Knowledge of transport safety, compliance, and logistics best practices
• Computer literacy and familiarity with fleet management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Managing Truck Transport: 2 years (Preferred)
