To effectively and efficiently supervise the works of the Drivers, and Porters and make sure that the department is able to successively contribute towards the mission and vision of the Hospital
- Ensure statutory regulations and organizational policies and procedures are always adhered to.
- Take part in staff development programs, performance appraisal reviews and undertake further training if required.
- Always act in a manner consistent with legislation, policy and procedures in respect of Equality and Diversity
- Work to the values of the organization and display high standards of integrity and professionalism towards clients and colleagues.
- Develop and update own knowledge and skills within the job role and contribute to setting own work objectives.
- Undertake any other duties relevant to the post as may be assigned from time to time which are consistent with the post.
- Support HR for Ministry of Health License for the Medical staff by doing the liaison work
- Manage SALIK account for the Hospital vehicles and staff vehicles
- Assist HR to take staff to government departments for Medical.
- Provide support to the Insurance department for the collection of Forms and other credentials.
- Provide support to the marketing department for organizing events, road shows etc.as a part of Promotional activity.
- Providing Airport Pick up and drop for the staff as instructed by HR.
- Arranging vehicles for management and staff in accordance with the request.
- Supervise Valet Drivers, ensuring exceptional service is provided to patients.
