Transportation & Trucking Load Management Specialist

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Transportation & Trucking Load Management Specialist to join our growing international logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate trucking loads efficiently.
• Communicate with brokers, shippers, and drivers.
• Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable loads.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate load records and documentation.
• Resolve transportation and logistics issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Experience in truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or load management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus, or other load boards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication preferred.

Salary:

PKR 50,000 – 100,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
