Transportation Coordinator

Job Purpose:

Coordinate daily transportation and loading activities by planning shipments based on customer orders, arranging truck bookings according to destination and delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate transportation reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily shipment schedules based on sales orders and delivery destinations

• Coordinate loading activities with warehouse and dispatch teams

• Arrange and book trucks with transportation providers

• Monitor product availability and ensure smooth distribution planning

• Issue loading slips and support execution of deliveries

• Prepare daily transportation movement and performance reports

• Track transportation KPIs and support cost efficiency analysis

• Review contractor invoices and verify delivery rates


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or transportation services

• Knowledge of SAP / Oracle systems is an advantage

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Good communication skills in English and Arabic

• Strong coordination, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
