Transportation Director

Position Overview

Luxor Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and motivated Transportation Director to oversee and coordinate transportation services across eight Missouri facilities. This role is essential in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules for residents across 8 Luxor Healthcare locations

• Communicate regularly with drivers to assign routes, provide updates, and ensure full coverage

• Quickly adjust schedules to accommodate call-offs, vacations, and last-minute changes

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all transportation operations

• Collaborate with external transportation partners, including ShowMe Transportation

• Ensure compliance with Missouri Medicaid and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) requirements

• Maintain accurate scheduling records and transportation logs

• Troubleshoot and resolve transportation and scheduling issues in real time

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Missouri Medicaid and Medicaid transportation services preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

• Self-starter who requires little to no supervision

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

• Experience in scheduling, logistics, or transportation coordination preferred
