Position Overview

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely, efficient transportation service for our customers nationwide. This role works directly with third-party transporters to coordinate truck movements across the country while building strong relationships with internal teams, carriers, and customers.

We are looking for a motivated team player with strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Essential DutiesResponsibilities

• Proactively communicate shipping details with carriers, customers, and internal teams

• Coordinate and confirm customer delivery dates and times

• Gather all necessary information to arrange transportation with third-party transporters

• Answer phones and emails in a professional, friendly manner

• Assist customers with transportation questions or service issues

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation on customer accounts

• Support additional duties as assigned
