Transportation Driver

Clinton House Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is currently seeking a Transportation Driver to transport patients/residents within the facility as well as outside the facility via the facility bus.

In doing so, they escort residents from assigned rooms to and from vehicles and appointments as needed, drive facility vehicles to transport residents to and from appointments, and report any incidents, accidents, changes in resident’s condition, requests, problems, and complaints to nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent

• Prior experience transporting patient’s/ residents for a hospital or nursing home is preferred

• Must be able to operate a transport vehicle

• Must have a valid unencumbered driver’s license in the state of operation
• CNA certification preferred, in good standing in Indiana
• Must be CPR certified
