Transportation Driver

This position, for now, is AM only and could possibly grow to AM and PM.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Student Transportation Minivan/Van Driver. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and values safety and punctuality. As a minivan driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school, extracurricular activities, and other designated locations. Must be 25 years or older.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a minivan on a set route to transport students.
• Ensure timely arrival and departure from school or activity locations.
• Keep the provided minivan refueled, clean, and maintained.
• Assist students in boarding and exiting the van as needed.
• Follow all traffic and safety laws, as well as company policies.
• Communicate with parents and school staff regarding transportation schedules and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and drug screening.
• Ability to pass CTAA-Certified Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) basic training program
• Experience driving a van or larger vehicle is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Must be reliable and able to follow a set schedule.
