Transportation Engineer (Automotive / Civil Engineering Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Transportation Engineer to support fleet operations, road/route evaluations, vehicle movement planning, and overall transportation optimization. Candidates with backgrounds in Automotive Engineering or Civil Engineering (Transportation specialization preferred) will be strongly considered.

The role requires strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities to enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize transportation routes and schedules.
• Conduct road feasibility assessments and route surveys (civil/transport focus).
• Analyze fleet performance, fuel efficiency, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with workshop, fleet, and operations teams for smooth transportation flow.
• Prepare technical and analytical reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with transportation standards, safety procedures, and regulations.
• Assist in planning for fleet expansion and infrastructure improvements.
• Recommend engineering solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation preferred), Automotive Engineering, or Transportation Engineering.
• Prior experience in transportation, fleet management, or automotive sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and engineering planning tools.
• Understanding of transportation systems, route engineering, vehicle movement, and safety protocols.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
