Job Description:

ATU Logistic Company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Truck Dispatcher Agent to manage daily dispatch operations, assign loads, monitor fleet movement, and ensure smooth logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of trucking operations, and the ability to handle fast-paced transportation activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and schedule trucks for local, regional, and long-haul freight operations.
• Manage daily load planning, truck routing, and driver assignments to maximize fleet efficiency.
• Book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and maintain strong relationships with brokers and carriers.
• Track shipments in real time using GPS and dispatch software; provide continuous updates to clients and management.
• Negotiate rates with brokers to ensure profitable load margins and cost-effective routing.
• Handle shipment delays, rerouting, driver issues, and emergency situations with quick decision-making.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, freight documents, trip sheets, and delivery reports.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams regarding fleet availability and vehicle inspections.
• Deliver high-level customer service by updating clients on pickup and delivery statuses.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, Freight Agent, or Transportation Planner (preferred).
• Strong understanding of U.S. trucking routes, logistics workflows, load boards, carrier communication, and dispatch systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, dispatch software, load boards, GPS tracking tools, and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts or U.S. time zones
