Transportation Manager

We are seeking a Transport Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end transport operations in Dubai. The role involves transport business development, fleet management, driver supervision, route optimization, compliance with UAE transport regulations, cost control, and ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport and fleet operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of services
• Plan, schedule, and optimize vehicle routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Oversee fleet maintenance, servicing schedules, and vehicle documentation.
• Supervise, train, and manage drivers and transport staff, ensuring discipline and performance standards
• Ensure full compliance with RTA, UAE traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and operating costs; implement cost-saving initiatives
• Handle client coordination, service-level commitments, and resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, drivers, trip logs, fuel usage, and compliance documentation
• Manage accidents, breakdowns, insurance claims, and incident investigations
• Coordinate with vendors, garages, and spare-parts suppliers
