Transportation Operation Engineer

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or related departments
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Min. 1 years transportation experience
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs
• Advanced Excel knowledge is a must. Power BI is a plus
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Residing in Gebze and the Asia side of Istanbul (Maltepe, Kartal, Pendik, close to the E-5 line)

Job Description:

• Review of carrier KPI reports, define the improvement area to increase carrier performance and follow the action plans
• Ensuring all the data/information responsibilities are timely completed by the carrier (milestones, root cause, POD…)
• Price and profitability analysis of FTL/LTL models
• P&L analysis of transportation operations
• Conducted thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and incorporate innovative features into solution design
• Creating comprehensive technical documentation and visual representations, ensuring seamless communication and understanding across all project stakeholders
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and design customized solutions, resulting
• Support operation team for spot transport requirements
• Providing regular feed back to PCM and Operations management about pending actions
